Born in Bolzano in 1968 and graduated in architecture at IUAV in Venice, practising first as architect in Italy and in the Netherlands then as glass designer for Venini and Barovier&Toso in Murano. Her beginning in ceramics was in Bolzano in the 1980s, followed by masterclasses in Tuscany and Umbria, specialising in the smoke firing technique with British ceramicist David Roberts. In 2013 first solo exhibition, Naked Raku, at the Kleine Galerie Stadt Bozen (IT) and partecipation in the international fair Goudsekeramiekdagen in Gouda (NL). In 2017 XIII° Bienal Internacional de Ceramica Artistica de Aveiro (PT) finalist and in 2019 winning the 1st Prize in the CoffeeBreak.Museum competition at Museo delle Ceramiche Gianetti (IT) with Special Mention of MiDec, International Museum of Ceramic Design and Carlo Zauli Museum Prize. In the same year group exhibition at 16th MediTERRAneo Contemporary Ceramics Competition in Grottaglie (IT) and at Artists Open House Festival in the Miar Ceramics&Art Gallery in Brighton (UK). In 2020 Forme Canoniche, three-person exhibition at Mulino Bortoli in Nove (IT). In 2021 Risonanze, focus curated by Fabio Carnaghi at MiDec and Keramos, group exhibition at Galleria GulliArte in Savona (IT), 10th Bienal Ceramica Talavera De La Reina (ES) finalist and Honourable Mention at 15th Bienal Internacional Ceramica Artistica Aveiro 2021. In the same year Grassi Messe Leipzig, international exhibition of applied arts at Grassi Museum (DE). In 2022 Trame, two-person exhibition at Arteatelier Gallery in Venice. In 2024 Taoxichuan Spring Art Fair, international ceramic art fair in Jingdezhen, China, selection in the Homo Faber Guide by Michelangelo Foundation (CH) and solo exhibition, L'armonia del fare at TonHaus Gallery in Bolzano. In 2025 her glass sculptures designed for ArcadeMurano were exhibited at Fuorisalone during Salone del Mobile in Milan. Her works are part of permanent collections in museums in Europe and China. She lives and works in Venice.
